MACHU PICCHU
Cuzco is the symbol of the center of human power, in other words
the middle between the cosmos and the Pachamama (Mother
earth). Cuzco and its perfect walls made of stone and its mysterious
streets remind us that this used to be the Capital of the Incas
Empire, that nowadays it is surrounded with spanish buildings.
Cuzco has variety of monuments, convents, museums and
archeological remains that keep pieces of art and history. Talking
about Cuzco is talking about its peculiar gastronomy and pieces of
popular art, and that is because people pass the secret of this by
generations.
Cuzco is the first stop before to reach the marvelous natural and
cultural scenarios of Machu Picchu and the Sacred Valley of the
Incas.
Machu Picchu, the most important and beautiful legacy of the
ancient Peruvian, is part of the Historic Sanctuary of the same
name, which is also one of the few places in the Americas placed
on both the World Cultural and Natural Heritage Lists by UNESCO.
It is located high on top of a mountain and complements the
