Because of COVID19 outbreak we were forced to stop our in person services, uncertain times and doubts not knowing when we will be able to go back on tour.

Couple ideas came to my mind, first we definetely wanted to keep cooking, so the idea of "My Mother's Kitchen - Cooking along" was one of the best ways to reconect with people around the globe, platforms like ZOOM made this possible, we turned our kitchen into a camera friendly space, i moved out furniture and got gimbal that made the image more stable; we felt great and useful again.

Second idea came while I was looking at some of my previous videos i took over the years, I took my backpack and jump in the next flight to Cuzco... I recorded every part like you were looking directly at them... "Following Aaron's path" was always intended to be the way I see Peru, how i appreciate the monuments around Lima and Cuzco.

The virtual tours never pretend to be a replacement of the actual visit to the country but made a nice addition to our services.

We are going to continue offering them for those travelers who want to have a sneak peak or a future trip, for those who cannot travel. for those who want to have a real time remotely connection, and for those who want to expand the knowledge we can offer you.

My Mother's Kitchen - Cooking along

Eating new and unfamiliar foods is one of the great joys of traveling and a wonderful way to explore and appreciate a different culture.

Our Virtual Class "My Mother's Kitchen" hosted in Danmar's kitchen lasts approximately one hour. You will have the chance to observe how she prepares these two Peruvian dishes step by step, and appreciate her techniques as she makes:

- Ceviche

- Lomo Saltado (Stir-fried Beef)

And if you want, you can prep and cook along with her to prepare these dishes at home in your kitchen, and ask us any questions. Additionally we will share a special pre-recorded presentation about the National Drink "Pisco Sour!"

Following Aaron's Path

This Virtual experience was intend to show you not only part of my homeland but also who we are. . . and what makes us who we are as Peruvians.

You will also have the chance to see the marvelous constructions of Machu Picchu, inca terraces, the colcas or storages, the division between the urban sector and the royal family area and other temples that are part of the complex. My camera was sure to capture the right angles for your enjoyment.
